Rental Terms

  • Certificate of insurance required for all rentals - nVision must be named on certificate as "additionally insured/loss payee" for the declared value of rental equipment.
  • 50% deposit required to hold all orders. The rental balance is due at pickup without prior arrangments.
  • Resale certificate required to avoid NY State sales tax.
  • nVision excepts all major Credit Cards. Note: a 4% fee will be added to all credit card payments.
